Services and prices

These are starting prices, except the £245 audit, which is a fixed fee. Once we've agreed the scope, I give you a fixed quote, so there are no hourly surprises. Not VAT-registered, so no VAT is added to my prices. Hosting, domains and third-party subscriptions are billed at cost and listed in the quote. My services are for businesses, charities and other organisations, not for consumers.

Questions

Do you use AI?

Only where it has a clear benefit. When I use AI in work I deliver, I check what it produces before it reaches you. If I set up an AI step in your process, we agree where one of your people reviews it.

Who owns the work?

Once the final invoice is paid, I hand over the agreed files, documentation and relevant accounts, and the contract sets this out in writing. Open-source and third-party tools stay under their own licences, and any subscriptions are listed in the quote.

Can you work with my existing site?

Often, yes. The audit is a good first step.

Where are you based?

I'm based in Cannock, Staffordshire. I'm available to organisations across Staffordshire and the West Midlands, in person where it helps, and to clients anywhere in the UK by video or phone.

What if it doesn't work as agreed?

We agree the acceptance checks before I start. Tell me within 14 days of handover if it doesn’t pass them and I fix it at no extra cost, as the terms set out.

Not sure which one fits?

Tell me what's slowing you down and I'll point you to the right one, or tell you honestly that none of them is.
